Rubio Slams Russia Over Lack of Progress in Talks

Secretary of State Marco Rubio said Thursday he had a frank and constructive meeting with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov but echoed President Donald Trump’s frustration over the lack of progress in talks to end the more than 3-year-old war in Ukraine.
